Refund & Cancellation Policies
Group Classes
We get it - life happens. Plans change, and we’re all about flexibility (it’s kind of our thing). However, we also want to ensure fairness to both you and our hardworking instructors. So, here’s how our refund policy rolls out: we don’t offer refunds, but we do allow you to pause your monthly subscription or extend the expiration date on your class pack for the following reasons:

Monthly Subscriptions: Pausing your subscription is something we don’t usually do, but if you’re facing medical issues or unavoidable (and unexpected) travel, we may be able to extend your subscription. Just reach out to us, and we’ll review your request - though please know this isn’t something we can promise in every case!

Class Packs: We generally don’t extend class pack expiration dates, but if you let us know before it expires and there’s a compelling reason (like a health issue), we’ll consider giving you a little extra time. This is an exception, not the norm, but we’ll do our best to work with you.
Private Classes & Yoga Therapy
We understand that sometimes the universe has other plans for you. If you need to cancel your private class or yoga therapy session, here’s how we roll:

Cancel More Than 24 Hours in Advance: No worries! Life happens. We’ll happily reschedule your class without any fuss, and you’ll be back on the mat in no time.

Cancel Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: Yikes, that’s pretty last minute! With such short notice, we can’t offer to reschedule because we’ve already planned our day around you. Plus, it’s tough to fill your spot on such short notice. But if it’s an emergency or something totally unexpected, like an accident, just let us know - we’ll work something out. Otherwise, we’ll catch you at your next session!
What If We Have to Cancel?
If life throws us a curveball and we need to cancel, don’t worry - we’ve got your back! We’ll reschedule your session right away. And if you’re not vibing with the idea of another teacher stepping in for your usual session, just let us know. We’ll make sure to find the best solution for you. Our responsibility, our promise.
